We collect the data from you when you complete the application online, at a marketing day or where applicable, for a Cycle Slough account.

You can browse our websites without disclosing any information about yourself.
By entering your details in any fields requested, such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone or mobile number, bank details or date of birth, you enable Smoove and ITS to provide you with the service(s) you select.

In all cases, we will only request information we need to provide you with the service(s) you have requested.

How we use your personal information
When we collect information from you, we will tell you if we would like to send you information about our products and services or transport-related issues.
We will give you the opportunity to opt in or out.
If we wish to share your data with third parties for marketing purposes, we will tell you about this and only do so if we get your consent.

We may disclose your personal data/journey data to our partners Slough Council to help with the monitoring and success of the scheme.
Smoove and ITS may also share your personal information with the police and other law enforcement agencies for the purposes of crime prevention or detection.
If we disclose your information, we ask the organisation to demonstrate that the data will assist in the prevention or detection of crime, or that Smoove and ITS are legally obliged to disclose it.
This is done on a strictly case-by-case basis and through a tightly controlled process to ensure we comply with the Data Protection Act.

We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you via our websites.
