How do I join the Hub?


To register, please sign up and you will be issued with a membership card in the post within 5 working days.

How does the Hub work?


1. Use your membership card to access the Cycle Hub.

2. Park your bicycle on any free parking rack and make sure it is locked. You will need to provide your own lock.

3. You can also use any available free lockers to store your helmet and other personal belongings.

4. Once you have parked your bicycle make sure the Cycle Hub door closes behind you as you leave.

How long will it take to get my membership card?


Allow 5 working days from sign up and completing billing information. If you still have not recieved your card, contact us.

 

Where is the Hub?


Slough town centre, 2 minutes from slough train station and 5 minutes away from Queesmere Shopping Centre.

What if my membership card is damaged\lost\stolen?


If you lose a Membership Card or a Membership Card is damaged or stolen, you must notify us by telephoning the Contact Centre. Until you notify us, you will be liable for all Charges incurred on a lost or stolen Membership Card. Once notified, we will then arrange for your Membership Card to be permanently deactivated to prevent any misuse of it. You may also request a replacement Membership Card(s) to be issued. You may be required to pay an additional Membership Card Issue Fee for each replacement Membership Card in accordance with our Membership Card Use Policy.

When is the hub open?


Cycle Hub is available for registered members 24/7 365 days a year,

 

What if someone asks me to let them into a Hub?


To protect your security and that of others, do not allow people to enter a Hub with you or lend your card to anyone else.

Are bike locks provided?


No, you will need to have your own lock and we recommend you lock your bike to the stands provided by securing both wheels and the frame.
